When the popularity of the death-god catchall term "Shinigami" came about, the class these history books were used for had its name changed from "History of Death Gods 101" to "Shinigami History 101." It then struck the book-editing faction of the <a href="http://lf.senshuu.com/world.php#bureau" rel="nofollow">Bureau of Rings</a> as odd that the book should have a title so different than the name of its respective course, so they changed that as well. And that, in fact, was the only change they made to create a "Fourth Edition." A side note about the Fourth Edition of Shinigami History:
